The factory-set combination for the Backpacks is 000 and 00 for the Cross Body and Over the Shoulder Bags.
To set your desired combination, open the lock using the factory-set combination (00 or 000), then push and hold down the button while setting your new combination using the number wheels. Once you release the button, your new combination will be set, so make sure to only release the button once you have those dials turned to your desired combination!
Once you have set your new combination, make sure not to forget it!
We recommend taking a photo of your set combination, or writing it down someplace safe. Unfortunately, if you do forget your combination, there is no way to reset your lock and Blazy Susan is not responsible for replacements in that instance.
