We ship orders during normal business hours, Monday – Friday. Orders with all items in stock will be shipped within 1-2* business days. We do not split ship, so orders including back ordered items may take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to 1-2 months – please be prepared to wait if you order a back ordered item or consider making two separate purchases.
For domestic orders, we offer flat rate shipping for orders under $50 and free shipping for orders over $50. Free/Flat Rate Shipping within the mainland US takes 3-10 business days, based on location and postal service volume. Domestic shipments outside of the U.S Mainland (U.S Territories) can take up to 15 business days from ship date. Our free/flat rate shipping is a service that uses UPS for initial distribution and USPS for delivery to your door.
We also offer upgraded shipping via UPS Ground (3-5 business days) and UPS 2nd-Day Air. Please note that upgraded shipping options cannot be selected for orders shipping to PO boxes.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can trace the status of your package every step of the way! If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email email@example.com with subject line “MISSING TRACKING LINK”. In the body, include the full name used on the order and the date the order was placed.
