If you've purchased Route package protection, you'll receive an additional email from Route, our shipping insurance partner. This email will provide you with your Route order number and instructions on what to do in case of any issues with your package during transit, such as loss, theft, or damage. Route also offers package tracking services through their app.
Tracking Without Route Package Protection
Even if you didn't purchase Route package protection, you can still utilize Route's tracking services through their app using the tracking number we send you. You can also track your package through your account's order history.
