If your order shows Returned to Sender, it means delivery failed, and the package is coming back to us. Here’s what to do next.
Why Packages Are Returned
Common reasons for RTS include:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Name not recognized at the address
- Address inaccessible
Returns usually take 2-9 business days, depending on location and postal volume.
Next Steps
1. Confirm or Update Your Address
Check the address you gave at checkout. If it needs fixing, contact Customer Support ASAP to update it for faster processing.
2. Wait for the Package to Return
If returned and eligible, we’ll resend your package. If you don’t hear from us within two weeks of the original shipping date, please reach out.
If Your Package Doesn’t Return
Sometimes packages get lost in transit (LIT). Here’s what to do:
- If you bought Route insurance, file a claim with Route for a refund or replacement.
- If you didn’t buy insurance: Contact Customer Support for help.
Reshipping Your Order
If returned, we will:
- Reship to the confirmed address
- Send you new tracking info
If reshipping isn’t possible (e.g., return postage issues), we’ll work with you on a solution.
Our Commitment
