Your best bet is to first check with any roommates, neighbors, building managers, leasing office, mailroom, and any others in the vicinity to see if they may have picked up the package.
Also, give it 24-48 hours. Sometimes, packages accidentally get marked as “Delivered” up to 48 hours before the actual delivery even though they are still waiting at the post office.

If your order is still nowhere to be found and you didn't add Route+ Package Protection to your order, email help@blazysusan.com for next steps. Please include your order number and your full name.
If your selected shipping method was UPS Ground and you did not include Route+, please submit a claim with UPS before contacting customer support.
