Didn't Add Route+? No Worries!
If you happened to skip adding Route+ to your order, don't fret. Our stellar customer support team is ready to guide you through the next steps. Just shoot them an email at help@blazysusan.com with pictures of both the box and the damaged product within 5 business days of the delivery date. Replacement requests without package protection are subject to validation and approval at Blazy Susan’s discretion.
