We ship orders during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders with all items in stock will be shipped within 1-2* business days. We do our best to keep our website stock accurate, but every once in a while, we may be out of stock on a product you ordered. When this happens, we will send you an email to go over how to proceed.
For international orders, shipping rates vary based on location and items. The best way to get a shipping cost quote is to populate your cart with your items and address like you are going to place your order. Please note that the customer or recipient is responsible for any customs and duties fees upon delivery, and these are not included at checkout.
International Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: Takes 5-20 business days (1-4 weeks) based on location and postal service volume.
- UPS Worldwide Expedited: Takes 2-5 business days.
- UPS Worldwide Express: Takes 1-2 business days.
Delivery timeframes are based on location and postal service volume and are subject to change when postal service volume is high.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can trace the status of your package every step of the way! If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email help@blazysusan.com with the subject line “MISSING TRACKING LINK”. In the body, include the full name used on the order and the order number.
