Once an order is placed, we can’t swap or modify items, but you may have options depending on your order status.
If Your Order Hasn’t Shipped Yet:
- The quickest way to adjust your order is to cancel it and place a new one.
- Contact us ASAP with your order number, and we’ll see if cancellation is possible.
- If your order has already been processed for shipping, it may be too late to cancel.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped:
- Orders cannot be changed once they’ve left our facility.
